PLEASE NOTE - all website fees (Domain name, SSL security certificate and Hosting) are due from the 1st December each year in order to cover the following year)

If customers wish to cancel their website they need to inform us before the due date of 1st December otherwise there will be a cancellation fee, as fees will have already been paid. There is additional work to delete files and folders. Final cancellation fee will be calculated and an invoice supplied.
